Press Release: Habitat for Humanity of Graham Texas is pleased to publicly announce that construction will begin in April 2009 at 913 Texas Street on our 5th Habitat house in Graham, TX since affiliate approval in January of 2006. This Habitat house will be built in partnership with the Donna Burgess Family including Samantha (age 15) and 14 different Graham church, civic, and corporate groups over 14 Saturdays from April thru July 2009.

Habitat Graham would like to again thank our 2008 sponsors including First Presbyterian Church, Oak Street Baptist Church, First Baptist Church, Faith Center, David Rogers Construction, Eddleman Real Estate, Graham Rotary Club, First United Methodist Church, Graham Bible Church, Citibank, Graham Lions Club, Graham banks – First National Bank, First State Bank, Graham Savings & Loan, Graham Regional Medical Center, Eastside Church of Christ. Habitat Graham announced the addition of Eileen Standridge, JR Yancey, and Darby Brockway to our Habitat Graham 2009 Board of Directors at the February 10, 2009 Annual board meeting. Jimmy Guinn was elected to serve as executive director, Peggy Sonnenberg-President, Glenn McGee-VP, Pam Scott-Treasurer, and David Maddy-Secretary. Habitat Graham would also like to publically thank original board members Kyle Peavy, and Rand Camp for three years of dedicated service.
